If You’ve Lost an Item:
If you believe you left something in one of our vehicles, please contact us as soon as possible. Be ready to provide:
- Your name and contact information
- Date and approximate time of your ride
- Pickup and drop-off locations
- A detailed description of the lost item

Our Process:
- Drivers check their vehicles regularly for lost items
- Any items found are logged and safely stored
- We will make every effort to contact the owner if identifiable information is available
Item Pickup & Return:
- Arrangements can be made for pickup or delivery of your item
- Delivery of lost items may be subject to a small fee depending on distance
Important Notes:
While we do our best to recover lost items, Turbo Kash Cabs Ltd is not responsible for items left in vehicles. We encourage all passengers to double-check for personal belongings before exiting the cab.
